So I’ve decided on a program for my 31 day challenge. She’s an amazing, beautiful, beasting ass trainer on IG. I purchased an app that she shows her training videos on, RAW, and it just so happens she’ll also be doing her first challenge in July. Obviously fate. I’ll also be incorporating a separate glute program… because well you know, I wanna keep the butt and lose the gut. I wanna fatasssssss. I know you’re not supposed to be able to do both at once, lean muscle and gain ass … but shit, I’ma try. What’s the worse that could happen? Hmmm .. hopefully it doesn’t happen to me!
I’m going to workout 6 days a week, 1 of those will definitely be a home workout, while the rest take place at 24 hour fitness. I also plan to keep my meal prep pretty simple and affordable. I do enjoy cooking as it is relaxing, but between dealing with Kennedy, work, and 6 days in the gym .. I’m sure I’ll be drained. Meal prepping beforehand will kind of ensure that I have to eat what I’ve prepped, as I don’t plan on keeping any meat in the house for the next 31 days. I also hate leaving the house once I’m in and settled during the week haha.
I ordered my booty bands, my albolene (in place of sweet sweat), stomach band to help with excess water weight, and pre-workout to give me that extra kick in the ass. I’m excited, and I’m ready to see results already! Little impatient me, yes I know everything takes time blah blah bullshit.
