Isn’t that bad surprisingly! We’re currently in the era where everybody wants to be vegan and/or vegetarian, and of course promote it everyone else who can hear. I love meat, so of course I’m resisting this trend, but as I mentioned earlier, I’ll be doing a 30 day cleanse starting July 1st. I haven’t even started, but was reasoning with myself why I should just do a pescatarian diet instead, lol, I just need some meat. Buuuuuuuut my coworker let me taste his beyond burger .. and it tasted like a turkey burger lol. I like turkey burgers, I feel they dry out fast if you don’t cook it correctly, but I think I can use these ‘meal replacements’ for a month and be okay.
Anyways, super excited to start this. I think I’ve found the workout program I’m going to utilize as well. The trainer, I found her on Instagram, looks amazing, and she’s still thick. I’ll definitely be posting my before and after pictures. Wish me luck .. because I’m definitely going to be upset if I’m still a fatass after. But I’m promising myself now, that I won’t cheat, and will follow the workout plan/meal prep to the tee. I got this.
