Body Goals

So I’m still fat and my daughter will be 2 this year. Good lord, I’ve been slacking! Jk, kind of. I started out the year at damn near 200lbs, and I’m currently sitting around 158, so I’ve been doing my part, but I want more. I want to be better. I want to live my best life in my best body lol.

So going through social media, I follow this beautiful black trainer, and she had a post that I want to attempt. It basically said to set some unrealistic goals, exercise daily, and change your eating habits. With that being said, for the month of July, I’m going to go vegetarian (lord wish me luck), and hopefully incorporate her 30 day challenge and glute workout with that. I chose vegetarian, because I love meat but I also love dairy. Well, mainly just butter and cheese. I feel like I’ll be able to give up meat for a month without really stressing, but I loves my Kerrygold butter .. so nah, lol. At least yet, who can say what the future holds! The gym isn’t the issue as I can motivate myself to workout for the most part, and I usually eat clean enough, but I want to see if these “drastic” goals will give me the results I want or at least a bit closer to that hourglass figure.

I’ll definitely document my journey and meals! Post before and after pictures, because I literally hate getting on a scale. I know because I’m looking to lose body fat and gain lean muscle, that muscle weighs more, and that damn scale will have you stresssssin!

Super Excited! I have a little over a week to cook my meat related stuff, so I can start fresh with a meat free kitchen. Lets get it!
