I grew up surrounded by chaos — abuse, addiction, and absence — the kind of stuff that sticks to your skin and tries to define you. But KamxKenn is me reclaiming that narrative. This blog started as a way to let some of that weight go. Now it’s my outlet, my healing space, and my open letter to anyone who’s ever felt broken, unheard, or not enough.

I battle depression and anxiety — the kind that doesn’t always look loud but sits heavy when no one’s watching. The kind that whispers you’re not doing enough even when you’re giving everything. I don’t have it all figured out, but I’ve learned that honesty is more healing than perfection ever will be.

I’m raising a daughter while raising myself. I’m unlearning everything I thought love was. I’m trying to become the kind of mother I never had — present, honest, and doing the damn best I can.

Some days, I’m in full control. Other days, I’m just trying to keep my edges and my sanity. But either way, I’m showing up.
